Unless otherwise stated expressly herein, neither the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee, District of Kansas at Kansas City, KS, nor William H. Griffin, Trustee, nor any other employee/entity involved in creating, producing or delivering the information on this site are liable for any use of said information. To the fullest extent possible and pursuant to USC Section 1302(b) the Chapter 13 Trustee intends to provide to the site information on cases maintained by him. However, the Chapter 13 Trustee, William H. Griffin, nor any of his employees or entities involved in creating, producing or delivering this site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or any other damages potentially arising out of any access to or any use of the site or the information contained therein. The information provided is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The undersigned user agrees to use the information for their respective business only and agrees that it will not use, sell, trade, or allow the use of the records, data, or information obtained through the internet access for the purpose of solicitation or any other use or practice not specifically related to the users’ regular business. It is agreed that the Trustee may revoke the users access to the information or the user may terminate the use of the information at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice.
